Hi. I'm Ellie. I'm an old soul, I'm an optimist. I enjoy a good sci-fi. Lets talk about Star Wars. Or Doctor Who. Or Game of Thrones. Or Firefly. Ooh! Or The Walking Dead. Love me some zombies.

I read a ridiculous amount. It would take 12 days 23 hours 6 minutes and 32 seconds to listen through my iTunes library. I like pasta. And I'm terrible at directions. And I hate driving. So. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I grew up in Ohio. The beach is where I'm happiest. I'm obsessed with the ocean. I used to pretend I was a mermaid in the swimming pool all the time when I was little. But that was an overshare, let's dial it back. I like pepperoni on my pizza - even though it's so unoriginal. I'm addicted to chapstick. I have a thing for technology but it doesn't always have a thing for me. I also have a thing for musical theatre, but I promise I won't let that get in the way of our friendship. And I'm crafty, too, but I won't let that get in the way of our friendship either.

My dog is my best friend. I post pictures of him on the internet all the time like a cat person. Sorry. I'm a Democrat and a Catholic, but we just met so let's not talk about religion or politics. I like Shakespeare.

Someday, a long time away, I'm probably going to write novels. Probably sci-fi.

If I should be so lucky I'd like to do movies one day. Maybe act in one. Maybe write one. Maybe direct one. Maybe score one. I love movies. I really really love movies.

I'm also pretty into fashion I guess. I design and make clothes sometimes. I also post about that on the internet.

So all this is good stuff right, but you're thinking 'not what I came to this page to find out.' Well, the number one thing you need to know about me is that music is what I'm made of. I love music. I love POP music. (Say it loud, say it proud.) And I want to make really really great pop music for you to listen to. And I can promise you, whether it's only ever from my living room with a camera and the internet, or if it's from sold out arenas around the globe *crosses fingers*, I'm going to be doing this my whole life.

So thanks for coming here. I hope you decide to stay. Come on in, this bandwagons got plenty of room. And we're not stopping till we reach the sky! Oh god that was horrible. And super cheesy, forget I said that. Somebody take this keyboard from me. I really don't know how to end this.

Hey so here's some other stuff:

I'm not into cats.

I find it incredibly awkward to write about

myself on the internet.

I still have trouble accepting the hard truth

that I'm a muggle.

Matt Smith is my favorite Doctor.

My favorite subject in school was English.

Lights is my favorite musician.

Superhero movies are my kryptonite.

(See what I did there?)

I want to live in the Marvel Universe.

I hear Asgard is nice this time of year.

My favorite color is aqua

like the water in the Caribbean.

I've never been much of a tomboy.

I'm seriously uncoordinated.

And I'm seriously bad at sports.

I'm seriously right-brained.

Gilmore Girls is my favorite TV show.

I've seen every episode at least seven times.

Yes, I was excited about the reboot.

No, I didn't hate the ending.

I love getting new gadgets.

I don't believe in astrology.

Right before summer ends is my favorite time of the year.

  I don't mind rain.

(Actually kind of enjoy it sometimes.)

Broadway will always own half of my heart.

I first started writing songs in the margins

of my notebooks in math class.

The above fact alone is the only good thing

math class has ever given me.

I hate math.

Math makes my soul die.

I like fireflies.

I've been playing the guitar for about six years

but I've been playing the piano for seventeen.

A fan of Star Wars, I am.

(Empire is king.)

Wit beyond measure is man's greatest treasure.

It isn't often that you'll find me somewhere

without a book nearby.

No but seriously, I'm a book nerd.

I dream about having so many books

it's like I'm living in a library.

Ariel is my favorite Disney Princess.

Lastly, I’m an idealist.

Yeah, that means I get disappointed a lot

but I’ve got a rebound rate of like .2 seconds before I’m back

to believing anyone can make a difference and anything is possible.

(Except Phantom Menace ever being considered a validated work of art let alone

an acceptable piece of the Star Wars franchise.)
